Quick to charge your credit card - but not so quick to deliver the product. Items ordered in the middle of September did not arrive until we called several times and sent emails. It was a terrible experience, The customer service rep sounded like he was working at home with crying babies in the background, needless to say my complaint of products ordered and not delivered was probably not a top priority. We finally received all the products order, the last part arrived towards the last days of November. Anyway- we learned through this process that we can order direct from Nilfisk- SweepScrub needs to bring customer service back to the office.
