We had a good experience with our S30 shipped to our destination at TX. We were able to track it from its origin to delivery point. We regrettably had to make an adjustment for destination address just 4 miles away from original point. We had to pay $100 USD to do that. We felt it was kind of pricey but at the end we received it on time and without any damage. It was well wrapped and had security belts and different items to protect it.
